Would give ten stars if I could! My teen was in a great deal of pain before he started. Andrew and the team found a way to make therapy exercises practical and fun. My son is back to feeling confident about starting football in the fall. Chloe is super helpful with billing and scheduling, too! I hope we never need PT again, but if we do, we'll be back to Ivy Rehab-Creston.
The two PTs I saw, Zach and Andrew, helped me get back on track quickly. I am back to activities that I love. They understand pain psychology, demonstrate empathy and scientific rigor, and supported me with resources that helped me be a better partner in my own health. The warm culture in the office was palpable.
Ivy staff at this location are great! Each of the PT staff I've worked with are professional, caring, friendly, and treat patients with care and respect. They regularly check-in with how things are going and adjust the day's treatment to accommodate any physical changes or pain. They have made my knee replacement rehab as pleasant and effective as possible.
I don't normally write google reviews, but think Ivy Physical Therapy at this location in Grand Rapids should get recognition. Dr. Williams (Andrew) is not only an empathic doctor, but very knowledgeable in the muscles and how the body works. If there are issues with particular muscles giving you problems when you go in, he will adjust how to address the main issue and give alternative muscles therapy.
