What a great five months I spent in physical therapy at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in West Caldwell, NJ. The front desk staff, physical therapists and assistants were all super friendly, and the banter and conversations made it an especially pleasant facility in which to take steps toward physical improvement. My therapist, Rich Maxwell, was knowledgeable, friendly and sincerely interested in my well-being. I’ve been going to Ivy for over a year now, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. From my very first phone call, Lee made me feel welcome and taken care of. She got me scheduled, listened to what I needed, and somehow made calling a physical therapy office feel like I was talking to someone who actually cared about getting me better. Ivy Rehab in West Caldwell is a great place to get PT. It is a very friendly and warm atmosphere; and more importantly they have reduced the pain, increased functionality, and kept me out of surgery even though I have severe stenosis in the lower back and degenerative spine disease in my neck. Tim, Rich and Angela are all excellent Physical Therapists. One benefit of having several excellent physical therapists on staff is that it is very easy to get an appointment time that is convenient for you.
