The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and kind! I cannot say enough good things.
hire people who actually pay attention!!! i was ignored for 15 minutes while i was sitting in the lobby. no one came up to me or said hello to me. nothing. horrible way to conduct business. i walked out and left after that, no more physical therapy here for me!
I have been going to Ivy since February 2022, for 6 months/year or more, off and on. (Off and on is an insurance thing, not an Ivy thing.) Bc 1 thing Ivy does better than any other PT/OT group I have ever been to is acknowledge chronic ailments and long-term necessity for physical therapy. I went to Ivy Rehab after being diagnosed with some very painful bursitis in my left hip. I could barely manage to walk; let alone hike my normal several miles per day minimum, with my dogs. Juliana got me back on my way within a month; and taught me exercises to take with me on my travels in the mountains. My photos are taken from high elevations and I probably would not have been able to take those important photos if it hadn’t been for Ivy. Lucky me for finding them…not a moment too soon!
