Great, friendly staff overall. Adam did an amazing job on helping me recover from a UCL injury.
Can’t recommend Ivy Rehab enough. Worked through a bad tricep pull with Adam. He gave me a great exercise plan and info on how to properly rehab it without setbacks or doing more damage. After staying consistent with the exercises for 3 weeks so far, I’m playing hockey again with no pain, swelling, or tightness.
the successful rehab of my knee was brought about by an exceptional team of people. Led by Tyler and carried on by Emily and Adam and various assistants every session was very professionally focused! They worked on my needs appropriate to how I was progressing on that particular day. Their constant pleasant demeaner was always comforting and encouraging. As a result, I trusted their guidance and my knee is 100%!! Thank you all!!
5 stars for PT but their billing practices left me paying for sessions I didn't want, need, and my insurance didn't pay for after telling them not to go over my insurance alotted visits. I just wrang the bell this morning and completed my therapy. It was a great experience. Adam Hennessey greeted me on day one and made me feel comfortable with the proposed treatment and with the facility.
