6 weeks ago my back prevented me from doing much of anything. A little over a month ago I started indoor rowing (at 42). I went from being worried about bending over to being a decent rower in no time at all! (Really, I finished a 10,000m row in less than 45 minutes!) That would not have been possible without Ivy!
