In the midst of my injury when i’m frustrated, she has always been so patient and supportive while using her knowledge to help me get ahead. I have been coming here since November and Elise has helped me significantly! I could barely do a squat when first seeing her , and now I can squat with 10 lbs. She brings a family like attitude that makes you feel at home . I love her and she is the absolute best!
