Excellent staff very attentive and knowledgeable
I love this Ivy Rehab location and the staff in Ardmore. This is my second time since 2024 for therapy and they’re excellent at helping you reach your goals!
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy advertises complimentary screenings, but my experience was very different. Before my visit, I spoke with office staff, provided my insurance information, and was specifically told that I would not be charged for my upcoming first appointment. Approximately three months later, I received a $144.57 bill in the mail with no description of the services provided. Last year, I was referred to Ivy Rehab in Ardmore for a problem I was having with my foot. In a short time, my foot felt even better than it did before I started rehab. When I recently had knee replacement surgery, there was no question where I wanted to go for my physical therapy.
