The physical therapist was great. No complaints there. However, one of the front desk ladies was extremely rude. They over book patients (3 to 1). Director (Eric Armstrong) never bothered to call after I had to leave appointment due to lack of social distancing and loud music. I guess they have enough business that they don't have to make any effort to make patients feel comfortable and safe. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Seems to be a lot more socializing than working going on.

RecommendedFrom the initial evaluation done by Brian Karns, director of this facility, to each meeting with the staff, I've been impressed with the knowledge, friendliness and obvious intent of staff to assist each client achieve their fullest potential. One feels one is drawn into 'a caring, family'. I've only had 3 sessions thus far as I rehab after orthopedic surgery and look forward to each new session as I know I will be prepared to return to my out-of-state home able to care for myself and my home! RecommendedI was very hesitant to try PT since it didnt work out for me years ago(not at Ivy). I am so happy that i did go tho. The therapists are just so knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. I am making progress and it is all due to the folks at Ivy Rehab. <3
