RecommendedFor 7 years my primary care physician has been telling me I should talk to someone about doing physical therapy for a shoulder issue I have. I have been attending Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy for 3 weeks now for an ankle issue. When I walked in, I had next to no mobility, a lot of pain, and I feared it would hurt to get better. Sarah and the staff are so friendly, gentle & welcoming! They were very careful with me, have helped me greatly regain motion in my ankle, and explained everything they were showing me, and how it would help strengthen my injured ankle. The staff is amazing and accommodating. I have now had to go to PT for my foot surgery and for a disc in my back. I would not go anywhere else. I still use all of the exercises they taught me and I am feeling great! Sarah and the team educate you on why and what will help lessen your pain. I highly reccomend Ivy Rehab!
