The whole staff is extremely friendly, the front desk, aids, and PTs. The environment is very welcoming and fun. Christina did a great job at helping me with my knee pain and regaining my confidence in exercising. She was very knowledgeable with any questions I had and created a personalized program that was specific to my needs and goals. Thank you!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ivy rehab in Cranford. However I am owed money after I informed the billing department that I had met my deductible. I provided them with my EOBS and it fell on deaf ears. I have been in touch with corporate headquarters and still nothing. I have never encountered this problem before with previous rehabilitation companies and for this reason I will not return to Ivy
The front desk needs to be trained on professionalism and customer service. Time after time, I've dealt with unprofessionalism.
