I have been working with Caroline and sometimes Mike and they have been so helpful in my recovery! Caroline has been super supportive and has created the right exercises for my recovery and I have been feeling much better. Thank you so much Caroline and Mike!
Excellent experience. Former college tennis player with a partial ACL tear that did not require surgery. Caroline was my PT. She was super knowledgeable and helped me regain strength, stability, and confidence to get back out on the tennis court and work back to the intense level of play that I was used to before my injury. She encouraged me to have patience and be very honest when something bothered my knee but she also pushed me to do more as I gained confidence and looked and felt ready. Highly recommend.
This Ivy Rehab is STELLAR!!! Not only are the facilities super clean and continually disinfected, every staff member, front desk (Hayley), physical therapists (Caroline & Mike) and the PT aide (Karen) are kind, generous, patient, and really know their stuff. I learned so much about how to take the work we do in the center into my every day life: not only getting healthy and strong, but STAYING that way. I learned how to strengthen muscles I didn't even know I had! This is a perfect place to heal and get strong!
I worked with Michael just briefly in the beginning who is great but I spent months working closely with Caroline and I honestly didn’t realize how much I needed this until I started to see the progress. Caroline has been incredible from day one. She guided me, pushed me when I needed it, and helped me believe in myself again.
