Went to Ivyrehab (the one located in Secaucus) for some PT for my right ankle. Michael is fantastic!! He is very personable and easy to talk to. All the different exercises he had me perform really helped with the stiffness of my ankle. I had an ankle replacement back in 2020. Also Hailey at the front desk, and who also handles the appointments, is great! I highly recommend the Ivyrehab is Secaucus as it has plenty of parking and it was very clean.
Caroline Jolly has been a ray of light for me as she’s educated me in the process of her style of physical therapy. She’s helped me understand the causes and effects of my routine, good or bad, so she’s given me a clear path of understand what i need to do when I feel pain. I’ve learned how to be accountable. I’ve never understood my knee issue as I do after spending time with Caroline. I loved coming to PT! She actually asks me how I am outside of the knee issue. No one does that. Caroline truly cares. Caroline is a miracle woman. Do not go to any other Ivy Rehab or any other pt place. Go to Caroline in Secaucus. She got me back walking in a couple of weeks, after orthopedists had told me I may need steroid injections to release my compressed leg nerve. Be careful out there. There are a lot of unprofessional physical therapists and even orthopedists. I’ve been through the hands of the wrong people until I met Caroline at Secaucus Ivy. Go to Caroline. Don’t go anywhere else.
