Terrible experience just now ! My 89 year old mother was referred by her primary to go for a lymphatic massage. A representative called me and made an appointment in the guilford office . When we got there , the receptionist who was clueless asked us what we were here for . We said lymphatic massage. She said we don’t do that in this office only in Wallingford . I asked why did they tell to come here. The manager came out to say we use a call center to schedule an appointment and they didn’t know . I said the right hand does... read more
