Avoid, avoid, avoid! You are not a patient here, you are just a number to hit their goals, I even overheard them talking about these goals while waiting well past my daughter’s appointment time. She was also brought back in a shorter period than what her session should have entailed. They seem to overbook and understaff. Quality of care is lacking in favor of how much money they can make by overloading the therapist. They do a fantastic job working with kids of all abilities.
I can not say enough good things about Ivy rehab. My kids love jumping in the car to go to "talking school". The receptionist, Jennifer, always greets them with a smile & chats with them. Allie (speech) & Christina (o.t.) have brightened our world! We have seen such a huge improvement in communication & regulating through big feelings, It's incredible!!
