4 stars for the front desk lady that helped me out and the speech therapist. 1 star gone because my child gets nervous at doctors offices and this being his first time he didn’t know what was going on so he was crying. The other front desk (older lady) was giving us a judgmental look and i could see her mouthing the words “what in the world.” after my son went to the back, he was perfectly fine and didn’t want to leave, but she definitely made me very uncomfortable and as for this place to be a place to help kids, I’d like t... read more
This was my 1st time there. Everyone at the front desk was professional and helpful. I encountered a couple of the therapists and everyone had great upbeat attitudes and smiling faces. Ms. Kia was AWESOME!!!!
The staff is great. My son made progress and loved his therapists. Unfortunately, the billing practices are unclear, even the billing department employees seem unsure about the validity of the charging system.
First speech visit went great, got a really good vibe when I first met the speech therapist, so welcoming and patient, I’m hoping for an opening for ABA! I’ve heard so many great things about ivy rehab!
