Very nice staff at the Hampton location. However, horrible at respecting the privacy of their clients. The staff discusses the progress in front of other clients and their parents.
Absolutely horrible, when we first started they was amazing and slowly started to discharge my son out of each of the sessions he needed. I should have removed him then but I absolutely loved the speech therapist that was actually wanting to help him then she left around march and since then my son has been on a “floating schedule” we never get a call for him to have a session unless I call to remind them he’s on the so called floating schedule we was told by June they would have another speech therapist and here it is liter... read more
