My daughter is currently a patient here and sees Ms. Charity. She is absolutely wonderful and both my husband and I have seen such an improvement in my daughter’s speech! This place definitely puts the child first and I can see that through my daughter. When I tell my daughter that she is going to see Ms. Charity she is over joyed and gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot! I would definitely recommend Ivy Rehab if your child is in need for speech therapy!
When i got here, i was excited to see that there was someone bilingual. I speak to my son in both English and Spanish. This staff member refuses to work with my son, stated A comment about me to another staff member as if i couldn’t hear her or i am the one being seen. This place is great & professional. So far so good! My baby has been 3 times so far & I can see a change already. She just has a problem saying certain words & I found out she doesn’t say the ending sounds of words but she’s making progress. Thanks Ivy!
I had a great experience at the Hampton location before even coming in for my son’s first appt Raven was amazing! Great customer service, she communicated efficiently with me, took the time to go over all the details and just overall very pleasant! Ms. Jaidyn (ST) was amazing with my son and made us both feel very comfortable during the initial evaluation.
Jaiden is The best!! Everyone is so sweet and every appointment is so smooth!
