The reason for this high review is Gabby, she connected with my son very well and they bonded. When she left I seen a sharp decline in morale especially the lady who called my wife about being on the same page. You never say something like that to a parent it’s extremely unprofessional and I am considering taking my son elsewhere…. Like Jenna she is phenomenal in helping my son develop words and improving activities, but I think the front desk can do better.

I clearly remember payments being due at the appointment if applicable. Received an over &1,000 bill over a year later that’s s expected to be paid or arrangements made in 30 days… told to call insurance. They had both insurance cards on file and should’ve been said something. No notification about any problems until a year later.

My child was dismissed from speech therapy prematurely. After speaking with other therapist both at my child's school and other facilities, they did not understand why he was released from speech. I was asked where I took him and when I mentioned this facility, they said they were not surprised. I will now be putting my son back in therapy but at a different facility.
