This place has been a the beacon of light for my children , until recently! I have experienced a falsification of my likeness , they are in need of security protocols , someone impersonated my voice to cancel a regular schedule appointment for my child. I have personally never experienced this. I have chosen to write this review, because this seems like a safety issue that needs to be addressed! If this could occur what else can? I love this place, and I don't want any leaks in their system. For the safety of all children.

My daughter has been going to Ivy for over 2 years now, twice weekly, sometimes having 3 appointments each day. The entire staff are so caring, attentive, and great with kiddos. But beyond customer service, the change and impact they make, it's hard to match.
