My kids have been going for over a year and half and I absolutely love this therapy through and through. We come for multiple reasons and their whole staff is amazing. Kaylee is always amazing with scheduling, and my boys bcba Alex and Kaci are so amazing. Chefs kiss to those ladies!!! I would 10000/10 recommend
Scheduling for speech therapy was quick and easy. They offered openings for an assessment within 1 week. And treatment appointments were scheduled right away (no waiting list). My son was warmly welcomed and everyone was kind and helpful.
Really a great place & has amazing service providers my children loved going here. I would just suggest that front desk staff be more personable & have been customer service skills. On a few occasions my husband & I were having a difficult time implementing OT/Speech into our children schedule and would forget scheduled session for our autistic twins & the way we were communicated with could have been better & the attitudes could have been left at home.
