This abomination of an organization completely disgusts me. My son was on the waiting list for months- we did periodic check ins to see when our son would be seen- meanwhile they stopped taking our insurance and never called to inform us therefore being negligent and delaying therapies for my sons speech. Blaming being short staffed as to why we didn’t receive a call… that’s no excuse at all. You’ve set my son even further back by your compete utter lack of care and communication. I’m reporting this disgusting facility.
All of the therapists and staff here have been so friendly! They were prompt with getting my daughter scheduled for an evaluation and starting OT services for my daughter. We LOVE Ms. Lauren our OT , she has already made a huge difference in my daughters day to day!
The initial appointment was the evaluation. I was very impressed with the way they interacted with children. I am very hopeful that my babies will receive the necessary care and support to reach their full potential.
I love the communication I love how theres no judgement but very open to help with anything and everything appreciate Ivy rehab for kids my Jaydan loves it there!!
We loved the therapists, but their system for appointments it absolutely awful. At first, we were told they don’t do standing appointments, so we were continuously trying to find appointments, which were never available, even after getting off the waitlist. Then we were told he could have a standing appointment for his pt, he needed both pt and ot. We had to cancel an appointment, after having others canceled by them for no heat, therapist sick, etc. then get told his standing appointment canceled because he’s missed too man... read more
