Everyone at Ivy is awesome
The staff is very friendly and they do a good job with the kids it keeps me my child has a medical issue and they are willing to work with me on that
They are really great with the kids and they help the parents understand what they can do at home
I have had a consistently disappointing experience with Ivy Rehab for Kids , primarily due to poor communication, extremely high employee turnover, and technical issues with your customer portal. When asking to speak with someone to address the constant changing of speech therapist. I was told the manager is on vacation. My son went months without occupational therapy. Now they finally have the staff. I’m told they service over 600 kids. My son is not the top of their priority. After years of going there. This is truly sad. ... read more
My family members have gone here and the results have been amazing. The staff is patient, kind, and extremely thorough. They always have time for questions and never make you feel wrong or that you’re a bother for asking them. They also meet your children where they are without making them or anyone in the family feel like they’ve done something wrong because they need therapy.
