Our son's PT Natalie is fantastic! He's been seeing her for a few months now and man has she done wonders for him! She truly knows what she's doing and, maybe even most important, really cares for him. He loves to see her and will work hard for her! She is a great advocate for him. She fights for him with insurance and negotiates new equipment he requires due to his cerebral palsy. My son was very nervous to go to this appointment yesterday, but the staff here are wonderful. Hanna made my son feel comfortable and made it fun . He can’t wait to go back.
I took my son here for speech therapy, and the experience was terrible. Some of the staff are extremely impolite. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes trying to check in while a staff member was there and did not acknowledge us at all. She didn’t say a single word during that entire time. During the session, the therapist repeatedly checked her watch every 30 seconds, which made it feel like she didn’t want to be there and was counting down the minutes. We love Ivy Rehab for Kids! Our daughter has gone from not taking a single step to walking all over the place in such a short time. All of the staff are incredibly kind and Natalie (DPT) in particular is the BEST!! She’s knowledgeable, patient and fun—we’re so thankful for all she’s done to help our sweet girl find her footing :)
Everyone was so nice and informative. We are so excited to start OT and Speech services here!
