Amy Frizzi went above and beyond to assist me is selling my Somerville condo after the sudden death of a family member who was living there. With my being remote, she was incredibly helpful coordinating with contractors to make necessary repairs and updates. She handled the listing very effectively and ensured a smooth sale transaction.
