Why I picked Ivy Pointe I am an elderly widower who has found the senior apartment that exactly fits my needs. That apartment is the Ivy Pointe Apartments and I have been living here for 18 months. My apartment is 2 bedroom, 1 large, 1 smaller. with large closets. The building is new, completed in late 2019. Absolutely Great Beautiful setting yet close to business and shopping. Our two managers Amanda and Larry maintain our complex indoors and out with perfection. The several amenities are here for us to enjoy and the atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly. After moving from my home I'm so impressed with apartment living.

Excellent place to live It is close to everything, doctors, hospitals, places to eat, shopping, Jungle Jim's. The apartments are great also; they have a patio and grill for family picnics, and a place to get your haircuts. Amanda is great as the manager and Larry is super nice guy and an always available. A Positive Living Experience Living here for the last 18 months has been a positive experience. We were ready to be free of the upkeep & maintenance of a house and enjoy our independent life style. All utilities are included, even cable. We found the Ivy Pointe Cafe a small casual place to meet our neighbors over a cup of coffee. We enjoy the camaraderie and the friendships made by attending many of the activities offered. The Staff is helpful and friendly and committed to maintaining a sense of community.
Wonderful Apartment Living A place to call home and feel like home even though it is an apartment. The apartment is well laid out, even includes a washer and dryer! The community offers so many activities and events where you can be social and meet your neighbors. Maintenance is very accommodating and always available, the Manager is friendly and truly cares about the residents.
Charming, like home apartment Lovely well managed and maintained apartments with active and friendly neighbors. Each apt has natural light with lovely outdoor deck. Very pleasant and comfortable.
