never again !!!! 11 am appt. still waiting with our 4 kids in a room and its currently 12:36...
So Grateful for this office! Wish I can give them more stars!!! It’s amazing to have a pediatricians office with such great hours- evenings and weekends! You can even text for an appointment, No waiting on hold! Same day appointments! Dr. Addo has been wonderful, very attentive and proactive! He quickly Recognized croup in my 11 month old, and took action immediately before the scary symptoms began! Dr. Malaty is pretty great too!
Can’t ask for a better doctors and staff. I have been going there almost 14 years!
They always get me in- even when I call two hours before they close (I’ve only done that once lol). They are quick, efficient, friendly, accommodating and their staff really cares about the kids. I work in healthcare, so I tend to expect the most out of doctor’s offices; I’ve never been disappointed. They also always call me a day or two after a visit to see how my daughter is feeling.
