While everyone looked to be receiving good care, and the facility looked clean and welcoming, we did not choose Ivy Park due to the administrative staff not being upfront about costs. We made it well into the process, but realized at assessment that we were misquoted on costs for such things as medication management. The nurses here won’t do CPR? As a medical professional myself the quality of care is horrendous. When a person isn’t breathing every second counts to be able to save their lives. I believe that not only should every nurse there have their licenses taken away, this facility should be shut down and to whoever is in charge should be jailed for negligence! They have a duty to act and ensure patients receive proper care which clearly isn’t a priority here. Absolutely heartbreaking!

My mom moved in to Ivy Park in March 2024 after having a stroke. I can’t say enough good about the staff at Ivy Park, everyone is so friendly, helpful and respectful. This started from the time we toured the facility, which has so many amenities and activities available to the residents. My mother has settled in very quickly due to the treatment by the staff and the wonderful apartments. The friendliness is even seen in the other residents

My mother moved into ivy Park in March after having a second stroke. I can’t give enough praise to the entire staff her at the facility. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, and most importantly kind and respectful of my mother. My mother moved from the coast and has adjusted and settled in quite quickly due to the staff
