My mom moved to Ivy Park a couple of months ago and so far, we've had a wonderful experience. The staff have been very kind, caring, and responsive. The facilities are very nice and well maintained. The dining is also nice, with good selection and good quality food. And the activities are also great.
I was helping my mom look for a place in the Palo Alto area, leading me to Ivy Park. The location couldn't be any better for someone using Stanford health care, and there are many shopping, restaurant, park, and library options close by. The weather in that area is beautiful, and the street you enter from is quiet, lovely, and safe. Poor Communication, Poor Management, Poor Teamwork, No Representation, No Support. No Matter What You’re Working On They Will Set You Up For Failure! Their driver position is a joke! Anyone That Is looking to bring their loved ones here are better off elsewhere, and at a more affordable rate!
