I go to Ivy Park at Los Gatos occasionally for networking events as a professional in the senior care industry. The hospitality is world-class. I always eat and drink excellently well here.

I didn't take the tour. Because Maria got right to the point there was no need to do so. We talked for over an hour. Good talk. Her shared knowledge and advice is invaluable. With her work and life experience anybody would be a fool not to heed it. I have new avenues to explore. She refilled my gas tank. Again, a thousand thank yous. Keep up the good work!

Ivy Park is a very poorly run and managed community. They are sorely lacking in a few key areas: 1. Lack of Competent Management There hasbeen a revolving door of managerswith no one willingto addressour very real concerns. There is no General Manager just temporary substitutes Memory care currently has no manager. There was a managerfor 2 weeks, but she quit (I'm guessing due to lack of staffing) and as of now no one has taken her place. 2. Minimal Care Staff.
