I shouldn't have to wait when I have a confirmed appointment. Walk ins should have to wait and appointments should be given priority. There were several chairs available and I was on time. This has happened 2x. Last visit I invited my friend Michelle to join me for pedicures. She left with a cut on the back of her heel and my tech dug and cut my cuticle on my right big toe and it bled. She knew it too because she asks me if it hurt. We will not be back. Plenty of other places to choose from.
