I shouldn't have to wait when I have a confirmed appointment. Walk ins should have to wait and appointments should be given priority. There were several chairs available and I was on time. This has happened 2x. Last visit I invited my friend Michelle to join me for pedicures. She left with a cut on the back of her heel and my tech dug and cut my cuticle on my right big toe and it bled. She knew it too because she asks me if it hurt. We will not be back. Plenty of other places to choose from.
Great service, reasonable prices
The ladies who work at Ivy Nails & Spa are so talented & kind. I am going on vacation tomorrow and Lee stayed past closing to work on my acrylic set (despite how busy they were) to make sure I had the perfect nail set for vacation. Lee is so talented and made my vision come to life. I highly recommend checking out this salon!!!
