ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! never coming back to this place. they made two men do my finger nail and toenails and they did a bad job and had a horrible attitude. I was still charged full price. A short old man was not listening at all to my instructions of how i wanted them done and he was just doing what he wanted to do. Never again.
I’ve been going to ivy for a couple years and she’s the best ever ! , never disappoints me and my toes ALWAYS turn out how I want them if not better !
Walked in and asked for a full set and pedicure. The older male who was supposed to do the full set began putting liquid and power on my nails. The end result was nothing like I asked for, the nails were bright pink French set and the next day they had changed color to a nude color. I got the service done on 6/14/25 and today one just randomly popped off as I was typing at work. Terrible service for the amount paid. Definitely never going back. Not to mention my nails look like I got them done two weeks ago.
I went to get a full set and pedicure.. 2 men worked on me at the same time I’m not to sure what there names are. The one doing my toes cut me so bad he couldn’t paint my nails because the blood kept getting into the white paint. The one doing my nails took 2.5 hours just applying the powder. It was soo thick and messy. I asked to get them shaped more and after asking and asking and it still looking the same I gave up. They came out very crooked, messy and thick.
