Accused of missing an appointment, called into the salon the next day ask to change my nail shape, was told “I don’t do for you” “you missed last time appointment” “no more” in the case I missed an appointment, (which I didn't) Ivy punishes me, banning me from future appointments. What if my dog died¿ or maybe I was ill¿ Ivy lost a long-time client because of “missed appointment ” no reschedule was offered. Would not recommend.
Friendly staff, fair prices, nails came out exactly like my reference pic.
Don’t go here. Shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes before I’m seen especially when I made an appointment well in advance.
Really good spa. She takes her time and the product she uses is high quality
