The woman doing my manicure said she was unable to do an ombre nail with a gel manicure… anyone who is worth their nail license knows how to do an ombré nail? I have never had an issue with such request. The request was peach to white ombré with a flower charm on my ring finder. I ended up with a French tip with a flower sticker. What I received did not reflect the work shown on their other reviews. WELL TO START THE OWNER MOTHER FAILED TO EVEN USE THE LAVENDER I PAID FOR INSIDE MY WATER. SECOND THIS TOOK ALMOST 1.5, THE MOTHER MOVED SO SLOW I HAD TO MENTION IF IT WAS GOING TO TAKE MORE THAN AN HOUR! SO OWNER TOOK OVER, KNOWING THAT HER MOTHER FAILED TO USE THE POWDER OF LAVENDER IN MY WATER, STILL CHARGING ME FULL PRICE! YOU THINK SHE WOULD DISCOUNT ME GIVEN THE FACT THEY DIDN'T USE IT! I EILL NEVER RETURN AND SUGGEST YOU PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT'S GOING ON AND DON'T GET CHEATED!

I desperately needed to get my nails redone after having them done in Thailand, and luckily, Ivy Nails Salon was super convenient — they were able to take me in right away. Linda ended up being my nail tech, and she was amazing. I’m not used to having "fake" nails, so I didn’t realize how much shaping and buffing was involved — it felt a little rough, but I realized it was just part of the process.
