I feel bad leaving such a low review, every time I come in here everyone is so nice and quick, and does an amazing job, but my most recent visit left me disappointed. I got a gel pedicure from what seemed like a new person, while she was very friendly, she cut one of my nails way too short and caused some pain, the paint also chipped the same day i left and overall did not meet my expectations of the amazing work I usually receive from this salon. My experience was very poor. I came in at 4:30 today signed in asked for the estimate time lady said she did not know. I waited an hour and a half when another lady said she will help me out as soon as she was done. still sat there and waited till she finished for her to tell me That I had to wait another 15 minutes for a third lady to finish with her client.
