I have been coming here for months for both nails and pedicures. Rose, Lisa, and Sara are my go to gals for all my needs. Rose is my regular nail and pedi girl and does amazing work. But if I bring a friend or Rose is not available: Sara is very thorough with her nail work and cleans every nail. If you want a rockin good pedi, go to Lisa. My friends specifically come with me when it’s just a nail fill day for me with Rose to get a pedi with Lisa. The massage she gives alone is worth the money. I had gone to the same nail salon in South Fayetteville since 2004! 21 years! Graduated college, had kids, brought kids there, referred many many friends and family, drove All The Miles from Bentonville every 3 weeks and my gal retired this year. I've been to All The Surrounding nail places in NWA atleast once, gave a few places a 2nd chance, regretted them and kept on with the journey of finding a new place, a new gal. THEN.... I called the day before to make an appointment. Was going to get acrylic nails. Acted like.. didn't know I was coming. So I just said give me a regular manicure. This was the roughest and most uncomfortable simple manicure. She actually made me bleed and acted as if normal. Nancy, was the name on her dirty tool box. Didn't give my cuticles much of a soak, water was cold anyway. Very rough. I've never had a manicure be uncomfortable and hurt. Language barrier, no communication.
