I have been coming here for about 4 yrs. Today was the worst experience ever. Either she was inexperienced or uncomfortable with women. Seems like they have new people. I haven't been any since the year started and all faces were unfamiliar with the exception of one! My experiences have always been mind blowing but this one was trash and I didn’t tip sadly :(

I had a wonderful experience here today. My room was clean and inviting. My therapist was excellent and attractive to boot! She took very good care of me and made me feel like a king! 5 Stars! I will be back!

The customer service was lacking from the very start; when I walked in, the staff member didn't greet me with a smile, which set a negative tone for my visit.
