RC PROPERTIES ARE A WHOLE BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!! I called on 9/11 for availability and was told that they had a 2bd available. We applied on 9/12, followed up today 9/14 and were told they’re no longer available. IF THEY KNEW THEY HAD BEEN CONSIDERING SOMEONE I SHOULD’VE BEEN TOLD THAT ON 9/11 WHEN I CALLED. NOW THEY’RE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!! Definitely will be disputed and they will be reported to the better business bureau!!
Such a bad experience living here! The appliances are old and there are bugs in the apartments, even though they "exterminate". While I was living here the toilet overflowed multiple times and the old maintenance man was actually angry that he had to keep coming out to my apartment! The newer one they hired is better, but not sure if he's still there as it's been a few months since I moved out. Parking lots are really small and crowded and even though there are assigned spots, people will park in your spot anyway. The walls ... read more
This is a nice spot to live for the money. No, its not perfect but you are in such close proximity to down town and I85; its just a great location. The apartment backs up to a park that you can walk or just enjoy viewing the creek off of your back deck. Yes, the building is dated but it is so cheap, who cares. You get what you pay for; and for the money you cant beat this place.
