Victorian style building from 1800’s, very well maintained and convenient location near the mansions!
This was the 3rd time staying at The Ivy and once again a great stay! The location is perfect for touring while enjoying the wonderful tranquil gardens of the lodge after a long day exploring Newport - not to mention coffee on the deck in the mornings - Charming decor, attentive hosts -
Beautiful rooms in a gorgeous home, everything was clean, home baked snacks were plentiful and service was great.
Rooms are very nice. Set in a time in the early 1900s. We were greated by the staff who was awesome.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at The Ivy. The decor is charming & the lodge is close enough to the most popular attractions. Wes was very helpful at check-in & gave great recommendations! The garden area/wraparound porch was gorgeous - I enjoyed having breakfast out there & observing the wildlife. Throughout my stay, I did see a silverfish & 2 spiders in my room (the Savanna).
