Sent flowers - over $200 from the online ivy lane website. Believed something spectacular would be delivered. Received photos from recipient - not remotely similar to what I ordered of website - flowers I ordered were in a vase - flowers received were in a box. A box of flowers from woolworths would have had the same appeal and $120 less. The whole process from ordering to delivery as so easy. The selection of gifts and the price range was amazing and the delivery was free and prompt.
