Great place, good people, HORRIBLE UPPER MANAGEMENT – After 4 years of decent times at Ivy Hills, I am leaving amidst an eviction of me and my girlfriend. In August of 09, I lost my job and offered to utilize my security deposit and leave. I quickly got another opportunity, and asked if they would work with me. Great Place – I have been here for almost 6 months now and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Any repairs seem to be done within the next day or two. It is wonderful I do not have any complaints about the place other than maybe a tennis court or something, but they are not far away. Washer and Dryers in units provided, 2 nice size walk-in closets and opportunity to choose cable or satelite and time warner or cincinnati bell.
