RecommendedWe have used Ivy Hill for almost 10 years. Even after we moved to Smyrna, we still make the trip with our dogs and wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else. We recently had our annual visit during this Covid event. The staff took the situation very seriously, but still took time and great care with our dogs. One of our dogs is on two medications and we never have an issue getting refills on line or at our local pharmacy. We all love Ivy Hill.
We lost our sweet Bart before Christmas. He was 17 and his body had given out. Dr. Tillis and Dr. Adams, have taken such good care of Bart for over 16 years. They are responsible for his good health and happiness. The staff went above and beyond when his time was up. It is the hardest thing I have had to go through. They were there with their support and feelings. Thanks so much for letting us have Bart so many years. Also for you help with Abby. Thanks also for my son referring Ivy Hill.
I have been going there since 2004 and the r the best! From the moment u walk in the door to the moment u leave u feel their love n warmth for u and ur furry baby! Love the place.

Dr. Tillis, Dr. Adams, and the amazing staff at Ivy Hill took care of my sweet Buddy from the time he was 6 weeks old until he crossed Rainbow Bridge just shy of 15. The care, compassion, and love they showed to my dog (and my family) are above and beyond what I have ever experienced. They truly love our sweet pets as their own.
Dr. Tillis is the best. She went above and beyond when my dog had dental surgery. She thoroughly explained everything before the surgery and was so knowledgeable and compassionate. When I came to pick up my Layla after surgery she wasn't there but she called me at 7:45pm that night, apologized for missing me and talked to me for 15 minutes to check on Layla and go over her surgery with me. Unbelievable patient care. Will request her every time!
