The staff here is wonderful. They put the needs of the residents first and they make sure they communicate any issues or concerns right away. They are proactive in the care of the residents and that's an A+ in my book.
They take good care of my Mom. Always making sure she is clean and healthy! And the Staff is Friendly and Patient! I Thank you all deeply for your concern and kindness.
The staff is caring, hard working, and they treat patients like family. I love them for what they do. I'll recommend them to anyone with an elderly loved one.
Smells like pee and poo. Needs to be cleaned and staff needs to be more professional. They are at work and not in the club. No receptionist to answer the phones, and no one answers extensions!!! Can't reach anyone!!! This place should close immediately! Don't put your family members ones here unless you don't like them.
