I have lived here for 3.5 years and have loved every bit of it. the property is nice and well taken care of. the property manager is amazing and goes above and beyond for all residents. no problems ever at this apartment. all residents are so nice and well kept
i have lived at ivy green for almost 3 years. amber, the apartment manger was great. she has went above to make sure the residents here feel safe & have a clean environment to live in/around. maintenance was always quick and efficient. i would definitely live here again!
Ivy Green at the Shoals is a wonderful place the live. From 2020-2024 it was my fiancé and I's place to call home. We felt safe where we lived and maintenance was always there when we needed them. Amber Sockwell was a great community manager and we truly felt happy living in the apartment complex.
This apartment was the place that my fiancé and I called home from 2020-2024. The apartment was clean and maintenance was always there to fix a problem when we needed them to. The apartment complex was in a safe area and we truly felt happy to live in this apartment complex. A big thank you to Amber Sockwell for being a great community manager at the apartment complex too.
My experience at Ivy Green was great! Maintenance always responded quickly and worked efficiently. Manager was always kind and helpful.
