After renting for the first time in my life the last 4 years I must say this place was a God send and if I could relocate back to Florence I would just so I could live here again. Amber runs a tight ship for a reason and people should be grateful for that. The place is clean, the apartments are well maintained and taken care of. The property is always clean and looks good. That is incredibly harder to find than I thought as a renter. This is a great and safe place to live.
I loved my experience at Ivy Green! It’s the PERFECT location for UNA students wanting to be close to campus, downtown, and Cox Creek. Amber has such great communication and really cares about the property. Maintenance was also always quick to fix any issues we had! Super great affordable apartments.
