Ivy Green Shoals apartments served as student housing for us. It was a great value. The location to UNA campus worked out well. The manager, Amber was terrific to work with on vacancy / all questions/ general kindness and support. We recommend!
I just recently moved out of Ivy Green, after being a resident for 3 years. It is an amazing place to live whether you’re a college student, family, or individual. The location is great as well. The managers do an amazing job with communication and quick responses. Ivy green is an amazing community!
I lived at Ivy Green for a little over four years and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better, right between UNA and downtown, while also being close to Cox Creek. It was the perfect place to live while going to school at UNA. Amber and her team were always so kind and helpful, and they did a wonderful job keeping the community nice and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the food trucks they would bring in from time to time, which made it easy to meet neighbors and feel part of the community!
