Staff appeared clueless and all told me different prices for the same bunch of flowers. Clear instructions were not met and the final presentation was not what I had asked for. Half of the flowers were already dying and was not worth the money paid at all. I had to go and buy my own flowers from Woolworths to fix their rushed work. You are a florist and you’ve got only one job.

Purchased punch of what at the time looked like a beautiful bunch of pink and white roses. Paid $70 however by the next morning the rose petals had turned brown. I was in the area so I went back to the florist and advised them and showed them the picture (as below) and I was told the reason they went brown is because they have been sprayed with water. Went in to get a bunch of flowers that are bright pink or pastel, asked for stuff to help and display was all they had. I got scoffed at when I said I don't want pastel flowers. Left empty handed

In the past i was disappointed that a bouquet of long red roses that i paid $10 each were not boxed. Instead it was arranged as a floral with foilage. Their delivery took 5 days i ordered the flowers on a friday and my niece received it by tuesday. I sent it as a gift for her holy confirmation in honour of st valentine which Father Sarkis at rosemeadow parish recommended. Lately i went back to buy more flowers.
