I was not allowed to chose the price of my arrangement. I was told that we're going to do one thing and did another. Ivy Floral did not create my arrangement Nans Blossoms did with out my knowledge. My name and the word sympathy were spelt wrong on the card that went with the flowers. They were to text me a picture of the arrangement and didn't. He took the time to ask me details about the event and what I was wanting to achieve and then gave me the most professional feedback and tips to help me achieve what I had in mind.
