First of all, Donny called ahead, arrived at the time he gave me, was professional, courteous and thorough. When he was here six months ago, he recommended we order a more durable air filter. I did so, but today when he arrived we could not find the filters. My wife and I looked in the garage, nothing. Donny asked if he could check himself.
