My filling fell off and I was at Ivy Dental for the emergency quick operation. Despite of the sudden appt, they have been very flexible to squeeze my appointment and the fillings has been completed very quick and nicely. Most importantly, I like how Dr. Kim/Ivy Dental always confirm the price in detail before any kinds of treatments.
Elaine seems to be very thorough and takes good care of my teeth. The staff has been very pleasant each time I have been. Do note they still require a mask. I forgot mine today. 🤓
Dr. Kim is very professional and very efficient dentist. her staff are very nice and warm too.
I love coming to Ivy Dental. I have pretty bad teeth and have been to more than 10 dentists in my life. Dr. Kim is a keeper. She and her staff have gone out of their way to take great care of me. Dr Kim carefully explains what she is going to do at each step of the procedure. She is very gentle and concerned with my comfort. Her staff is professional, friendly and caring. Insurance billing is smooth and Ivy Dental's fees are very reasonable. My daughter goes to Dr Kim too. Lane Betancourt
My wife went here and doctor Kim was very ruff during the cleaning. After she told my wife she had three cavities and needed a root canal. My wife went to another dentist for a second opinion. The new dentist couldn’t even read the x-rays that Ivy Dental took because they were so blurry. The new dentist took new x-rays and the new x-rays showed she didn’t have ANY cavities and did not need a root canal. Very concerning.
