I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kim’s for 6 years now, despite moving away from the neighbourhood. The quality of care and the team’s wonderful personalities make the distance more than worth the commute. Everyone from my hygienist Jessica (and previously Marilda), to Jenny at reception, is lovely. They’re meticulous, gentle, and I’ve never felt uncomfortable or rushed. I had what I thought was an excellent experience at this dental office. Everyone was kind and seemed to do a great job. However, my last appointment was terrible. The hygenist I felt trapped me in the chair by hovering during the cleaning, and did not polish my teeth as usual. When Dr. Kim arrived he removed a bracket from my left incisor without asking permission first. I do not recommend this dentist.
The dentist we look forward to visiting definitely a coffee with two milks one sugar
