Fast enough ...kind service...but owner it's time for new chairs in lobby....I mean such a nice place and thus brings all things into question
The online services "medconnect" are never set up even if you give your email address. Always get a mystery bill in the mail from a company you never heard of and don't know why I can't pay my entire bill at the point of service. It's 2024 not 1984, I bet these folks charge a lot for this outdated system.
If you ever go here and have to deal with the billing department and have to deal with Tamira bless your soul because she is rude and I never had someone who is supposed to be in a professional capacity tell me to watch my tone or they are gonna catch it back....it's totally unprofessional and I hope she gets fired for being rude to people.
My son is a student in AL and went to see a Doctor who can prescribe his ADHD medication. He called to confirm the doctor he would be seeing can prescribe it, since that was the main reason he needs the appointment. They said yes, but when he came for his visit, the RN could not do that, but billed him for the appointment just short of $100.
