The office does not care or do anything about noisy neighbors. I am constantly bombarded by stomping from upstairs, shouting outside, and bassy music through my walls. I have put in countless complaints and sent countless emails, and the office never answers their phone. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, do not rent here.
