About three months ago, I called Ivy Cart Florist to inquire about a particular bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday. Good reviews, Google Maps tells me. Seems like I can rely upon this business to come through. Unfortunately, the florist did not come through due to lack of communication, follow-up, and a desire to problem-solve.
