The worst. Water was turned off for 3 days with no notice. They told me it was an employee error and they are sorry. It’s been 3 months and no compensation, no one has reached out. They fired 3 people that were helping me with this. Finally offered $100. Meanwhile dog poop is everywhere, trash cans over flowing for 5 days, laundry machines never work. So many units empty. They offer free month rent to move in. I told Them to reach out, but when it gets to 3 months, I’ll have to leave reviews. So here it is.
THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX! please do not move in here I was kept on a lease for months after I moved out and It ended! Dustin was the laziest property manager, never responds has to be the worst experience.
