When I first moved in the leasing office was a complete mess. The previous manager of the complex gave tenants empty promises and misinformation that did not stick when she was fired. Spent a good 5 months without a lease and arguing with corporate to get it squared away. It's been about 6-8 months since the new complex manager came in and things are getting better.
