Very impressed with this place! Brooke and Angela were great! It was nice going to a place that treat you like your special and not just a number. Only drawback for me, is it’s not closer to where I live. Hands down the best place I’ve been to get my infusions! Thank you!!
I love it here. If you are going anywhere else for infusions, stop and give them a try. The rooms are private and cozy! They have free snacks and drinks and blankets and pillows. I save a lot of time going here because it’s closer to my home and they have me in and out.
Facility is neat and clean. Support staff is best in customer service, very polite and efficient.
I have been traveling out of my home state of FL and my doctor’s office gave me information to get my infusion while in Tx. The order was sent to IVX, an appointment was made (4-29), and when I arrived to the location they had no information or appointment for me that day. The clinic was a new location and was only open on Wed And Thu. The staff member was very warm & most helpful trying to figure out what happened to my Dr’s order.
