I was nervous as this was my first time getting my infusion at a new place, but it went very well. The nurses were good, great customer service from the front desk and the rooms were very accommodating. Thanks for the snacks as well, that makes a difference when you are there 3+ hours.
Had a late start due to some paperwork issues. They were very courteous, helpful and polite. They were very professional.
I cannot say enough great things about this infusion center! IVX goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best treatment possible. Leslie is fantastic and makes me feel right at home! The office staff are professional, the rooms are super comfortable, and scheduling is a breeze. I am so glad to have this infusion center in CS!
Today the Rock Prairie IVX center went above and beyond. The Infusion was seamless as always but it's the over the top hearts that gets above 5 stars. Knowing tomorrow was my birthday they made sure I had, and got to eat, cake. I have the sweetest pictures but I guess you just have to go on your birthday 🎂. Thank you ladies for a great experience.
